Refund & Cancellation Policy for Zodhara

At Zodhara, we are committed to the quality of our "Cognitive Fuel" and the satisfaction of our customers. Because our products are consumable nutritional supplements, we adhere to strict safety and hygiene protocols regarding returns.
1. Return Window
Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The protein powder pouch/container must be unopened and unused.
- The original heat-sealed or tamper-evident seal must be intact.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Damaged or Tampered Goods
We take great pride in our "IIT-engineered" precision, including our packaging. However, if you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a broken seal upon arrival:
- Please take a clear photograph or video of the damaged item immediately.
- Email us at dssir0201@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Once verified, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns for:
- Any product that has been opened or the seal broken.
- Products purchased during a "Clearance" or "Final Sale" event.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6. Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: [Insert Your Physical Business Address, India].
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless the item arrived damaged). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement or before it has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been handed over to our logistics partner, it cannot be cancelled.
